Service Description

RoleStrategist provides career and resume analysis, job application insights, and related tools. Outputs are for informational purposes and do not guarantee hiring outcomes.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the service.

Accounts and Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

User Content

You retain ownership of the resumes, evidence, and job descriptions you provide. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process that content to provide the service.

Payments and Subscriptions

  • Paid plans are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the billing portal.
  • Prices and plan features may change; we will provide notice when required.

Refunds

Refunds, if any, are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance.

Prohibited Use

  • Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to violate applicable laws.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service.
  • Do not upload content you do not have rights to use.

Intellectual Property

RoleStrategist and its content, features, and branding are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding or content without permission.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or specific outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the service at any time.
